Ref goes skiing in the Alps - March 2005

In March 2005 we took Ref to the Grand Massif for a week on the slopes. Needless to say, the red card was put to much use, both on and off slopes, and despite all the Frenchies, Ref had a thoroughly enjoyable time…

Ref starts with a few skiing lessons from Andy, who can’t help but show off.

Annie’s hat gets the red card, and rightly so.

Time for lunch and a ‘grande bière’ – not too many though Ref…

Guy (right) has no neck. Ref taunts him by pointing to his own neck. Ref can be dreadfully cruel sometimes.

Ref manages to find the one man on the slopes who looks more of a dork than him …

After too many beers, Ref gets cheeky and gives the Alps the red card!

Ah, time at last for some après ski…

Ref gets the drinks in…

… and ends up helping himself from the bar!

“Referee! He dived!” Red cards all round. Woo Yay!

Now she’s taken the hat off, Ref tries his luck with Annie…
