Ref goes skiing in La Plagne, France - March 2006

Bonjour! Ref enjoyed the skiing in Samoen in 2005 so much that we decided to take him with us again this year! We booked ourselves into a catered chalet, packed the salopets and jumped on the plane, Ref in tow. As the pictures show, he's getting pretty good!

Here's Ref outside his chalet in La Plagne 1800, France. Isn't it picturesque?!

Ref hopes he doesn't get a puncture - the resulting noise could trigger an avalanche!

Out on the slopes, it takes some considerable effort to bring Ref to life in the sub-zero temperatures... We also take a risk by letting Vesty get hold of the Ref again.

Ref gets his skis on!

Ref has to have the largest skis going to get his feet in the bindings!

He might have big feet but Ref is by far the shortest man on the slopes.

In the evening Ref sits down for dinner with the ski team and Olly, ski host and best chef in the Alps.
